I am a clinical psychologist and accredited BABCP cognitive therapist. I have been involved in teaching, training and researching MBCT with the OMF via the OMC collaboration since 2008 and am particularly interested in developing MBCT for physical health conditions as well as other adaptations including health anxiety.
