Mindfulness Skills for Health and Social Care Workers

These 45-minute evening sessions are for staff working in health and social care.  You will learn practical skills that can support you in remaining steady and taking care of yourself during these unprecedented times.


The sessions will be led by NHS professionals with extensive experience of teaching mindfulness skills to health care staff.


3 stand-alone sessions, each with a different theme. Free of charge and no need to register in advance.
