Studying any subject can be stressful, and as a graduate student, the responsibility of taking charge of independent research can have its pressures. Graduate student at the University of Oxford, Gediminas Jurgis Pažėra explains how mindfulness has helped achieve a sense of calm whilst studying. Read the full blog post here.


We are delighted to formalise our collaboration with the University of Albert Einstein. Together we will offer a full MBCT Teacher Training Programme in Mexico, increasing access to mindfulness and supporting international communities. Read more in our blog post here.

We wanted to share some of the lovely feedback we’ve received from participants of our 8-week Mindfulness for Life programme. The aim of these courses is to promote awareness of your mind and body through the cultivation of mindful awareness. They are suitable for people wishing to enhance their general physical and mental wellbeing. The courses are for anyone who wants a structured, practical way to learn mindfulness. Do you have an established Mindfulness Practice? Would you like to develop your practice?  Would you like somewhere to signpost your 8-week course graduates?

Our free weekly mindfulness sessions on Wednesday’s are facilitated by our Director Professor Willem Kuyken, 7-8pm UK Time zone. It’s important to note that these sessions are for people who have an established mindfulness practice. Each week, there will be practices, talks and an opportunity to explore different themes in small groups.
