World Mental Health Day 2021
'Mental Health in an Unequal World' is the theme for World Mental Health Day on 10 October 2021.
Once again this year we will support World Mental Health Day by offering a range of free mindfulness practice sessions. Throughout the day we will follow themes and practices based on our Introducing Mindfulness course – meaning these sessions are open to all who are interested in mindfulness.
