Who am I?
I’m a physician with a rich experience in intensive and palliative care for children. Taking care of children at the edge of life and death naturally brought me to the practice of mindfulness. I graduated from the Master of Studies in Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) at Oxford University in 2017. Mindfulness has become an ongoing learning path for which I’m sincerely grateful. My heart-felt intention is to facilitate this learning as best I can for anyone who is interested.
What do I do?
I teach MBCT for the general public and host weekly online meditation meetings for former graduates of my courses, in English and German. Because of my experience as a physician, I’m especially interested in teaching mindfulness to healthcare professionals to help with work-related stressors and to foster healthier clinician-patient relationships.
I live in Turin, Italy.
