Who am I?

I am Austrian, father of 2, living in Germany with my family.  I studied in the UK and in fact grew up in the English schooling system – so I feel somewhat at home in the UK.  Buddhist practitioner for the last 27 yrs, and passionate watcher of Fiji Rugby Sevens.

What do I do?

I work mainly in the field of mindfulness.  I have two hats (beside my OMF hat).  I am Director of Awaris, and we work with companies on introducing mindfulness into their leadership teams and organisational life.  We combine this with research and we work closely with a number of research institutions on this.  In addition, I am also the Director of Schloss Heinsheim, a castle hotel in southern Germany with a mindfulness twist.  And naturally, I sit on planes a lot.
