Who I am?
I am a mindfulness instructor, coach, and facilitator with over 15 years of experience running courses for international groups and in various organisations. I graduated from the Masters in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) at the University of Oxford in 2014. I am currently a doctorate student in Evidence-Based Healthcare at Oxford University, doing research on workplace mindfulness training. I am particularly interested in understanding the conditions that support mental health and well-being through mindfulness.
What I do?
I teach various MBCT curricula in non-clinical settings, including Finding Peace in a Frantic World, MBCT and MBCT for Life. I have also been trained to teach the 12-module programme Deepening and Sustaining Mindfulness for Life, developed by the OMC. Based in Berlin, Germany, I run courses in English and German, both in-person and online.
