Who am I?

I am Training Lead at the Mindfulness Network and I teach on the Master’s programme at Bangor University. I also lead the MBI:TAC assessment process for the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation, particularly around the training of teachers in IAPT services.

What do I do?

I coordinate the development and delivery of a collaborative training programme held within Bangor University and the Mindfulness Network. I see the value of mindfulness as a response to social and environmental challenges and a way in which the world can better engage in appropriate action around these themes. I am also interested in upholding integrity, while enabling equality and innovation in the field. I currently support the British Association of Mindfulness-Based Approaches (BAMBA) in their recognition of new Mindfulness-based Programmes.
