Develop and maintain your meditation practice and join our friendly community with our free Weekday Practice Sessions

We offer two free weekday online mindfulness sessions (Monday to Friday) 13:00 – 13:30 and 19:00 – 19:30 (UK Time).

The practice sessions are for anyone new to mindfulness and for those who would like to connect with others to develop and maintain their practice.

Practice Sessions in Other Languages

Turkish: Sessions are held every Tuesday from 21:00-21:30 (Turkish time) and 18:00-18:30 (UK time) by OMF-trained teacher Zeynep Ağacıkoğlu. Register here
