We offer two free weekday online mindfulness sessions (Monday to Friday) 13:00 – 13:30 and 19:00 – 19:30 (UK Time).
The practice sessions are for anyone new to mindfulness and for those who would like to connect with others to develop and maintain their practice.Schedule: 23rd February - 1st March 2024
