Advanced Practices

Please note that, from August 1st 2022, a number of the recordings on our free audio page have been removed.

Those removed are longer practices intended for use by people who have a well-established personal mindfulness practice, and/or who are following/have completed an 8-week Mindfulness course such as Mindfulness for Life or Finding Peace in a Frantic World.
