Who am I?

My background includes working with young people in schools also with 16-18s in Sixth Form,  as well as in the charity sector with vulnerable adults in Social Services care and Surrey Appropriate Adult Service, supporting vulnerable people in police custody.

After some years of working in the public sector as a qualified HR manager and then freelancing, I managed a move into generalist administration and have wide-ranging experience. Before I joined OMF in 2018, I worked at the University of Oxford with the Development Office, Bodleian Library and Economics Department.

Living in a rural environment, I enjoy time out walking, singing, going to the gym and connecting with nature, arts and culture as well as voluntary work supporting rural farmland birds.

What do I do?

I look after three areas of our work, our workplace programme and certain commissioned events; grant and fundraising applications and developing systems and procedures to support the way we work.
