- Biography: Agus Santoso is a Mindfulness for Life teacher trained by Oxford. He is the Co-Founder of Mindfulness Hub Indonesia, a mindfulness training center that is also listed on Jon Kabat-Zinn’s website. A classical meditation practitioner, he has undergone 30,000 hours of formal meditation practice. Annually he organizes and leads a classical meditation retreat (intensive meditation program). His extensive meditation experience allows Agus to have in-depth knowledge and insight regarding meditation practice, both in terms of classical meditation and science-based mindfulness meditation. He also received the blessing of Jon Kabat-Zinn to translate his bestseller book, Full Catastrophe Living, into Indonesian, with the title of Hidup Malapetaka Total. Agus is a graduate of Gadjah Mada University and lives in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
