- Biography: I am a medical doctor with experience in paediatric intensive and palliative care and a mindfulness instructor with a special interest in providing mindfulness for healthcare professionals. I graduated from the Masters in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) at the University of Oxford in 2016. I offer one-to-one as well as group courses for the general public and healthcare settings, both online and in person.
