Workplaces, Higher Education, General Public
I am a mindfulness teacher based in Istanbul, bringing the benefits of mindfulness to different settings, from the general public to higher education and workplaces. As a fully trained MBCT teacher certified by the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation, I offer a range of mindfulness-based programs in non-clinical settings, including Mindfulness for Life, Finding Peace in a Frantic World, and Introducing Mindfulness. My mindfulness journey began in 2014 during a life-changing trip to Nepal, and since then, it has become an essential part of my daily practice. I love incorporating various mind-body practices like breathing exercises, yoga, and qigong, which I've been practicing since 2002. I have a background in the private sector and diplomatic services, where I spent 25 years, primarily in government relations, international trade, and market access. I experienced firsthand how mindfulness can make a positive impact in the workplace setting. I am particularly interested in supporting individuals by providing them with tools to navigate the demands of their professional lives with resilience, clarity, and overall well-being.
