- Biography: I have been a mindfulness trainer since 2022. Back to the dates when I worked as a marketing team lead in the financial and insurance industry, the highly stressful environment drove me to start practicing mindfulness in 2009 which I found gave me another perspective in handling daily challenges and helped uplift my wellbeing. I started my formal mindfulness teacher training in 2019 during the pandemic, hoping to let more Hong Kong people experience the benefit of mindfulness and have a stronger resilience capacity.
