  • Biography: For over a decade and a half, I have traversed the path of meditation and mindfulness as an ardent explorer and practitioner. My MSc journey at King's College London's Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology, and Neuroscience saw me delve deeply into the transformative effects and protective factors of mindfulness on Global Mental Health. This pursuit has been further enriched by my experience as a teacher of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy with Oxford Mindfulness Foundation. In my role as an instructor, I have had the privilege of guiding individuals in the community through the Mindfulness for Life courses. This experience has not only allowed me to share the wisdom I have gained but has also served as a catalyst for deepening my own understanding and experience of awareness. As I guide others to navigate the complexities of life with a more mindful approach, I find myself continuously learning and growing in my own practice. In addition to facilitating mindfulness groups and sessions, I also serve as a coach for families and relationships, as well as a consultant to schools, focusing on the cultivation of holistic wellbeing within our communities. My work strives to empower individuals and families to cultivate healthy relationships with themselves, their loved ones, and the broader community with compassion, kindness and lots of humour for this incredible human experience that we all share!
