am a mindfulness teacher of MBCT & Finding Peace in a Frantic World, having qualified at Oxford. I am also studying a Masters in Mindfulness & Compassion. I teach healthcare professionals & individuals to manage stress & improve relationships & health through mindfulness. I am also a Wellbeing coach and an interpersonal mediator. I have practised meditation for 40 years and it has given me so much, but mindfulness & compassion has given even greater meaning & equanimity to my life.
