  • Biography: I am a clinical psychologist trained in Hong Kong. I am currently working in a local public hospital providing psychological intervention to service users in adult psychiatric setting. In my daily work, I give MBCT-D and Mindfulness for Life to our service users in both face-to-face and video-conferencing format. I started my MBCT teacher training in April 2012 attending a 3-day MBCT teacher training by Prof. Mark Williams in Taiwan. I continued my teacher training in 2013 and completed a six-day training retreat by Oxford Cognitive Therapy Centre in UK. I started teaching MBCT after the retreat training. Since then, I have given more than ten MBCT-D classes. I received supervision from Dr. Helen Ma and Ms. Antonia Sumbundu when I was teaching. In 2021, I attended branch training from MBCT to Mindfulness for Life and started giving Mindfulness for Life class as well. I completed the competency assessment by OMC in 2022. Apart from MBCT-D and Mindfulness for Life, I am also a Mindfulness-based Relapse Prevention (MBRP) teacher and provide mindfulness training to people with psychosis. I give training to mental health professionals on the application of mindfulness for different mental health issues.
