Online Day of Practice

The OMF Day of Practice offers an opportunity deepen your mindfulness practice in a supportive online group setting. The day lasts for 5 hours, and includes guided sitting, standing and movement practices of up to 30 minutes in length, and some extended periods of silence.

It is designed for those with an existing mindfulness practice, as well as teachers (or trainee teachers) of mindfulness-based programmes. It meets the British Association of Mindfulness-Based Approaches (BAMBA) good practice guidelines by contributing towards annual mindfulness-based retreat requirements.

Online 5-day Retreat

Our Online 5-day retreat is offered over 5 consecutive days (usually 08.30 – 17.30), and is led by experienced retreat leaders with a deep knowledge of mindfulness and mindfulness-based programmes. It includes guided practice, talks, individual and group meetings, and substantial periods of silence, and is designed to deepen experiential understanding of mindfulness through sustained practice. It meets the British Association of Mindfulness-Based Approaches (BAMBA) good practice guidelines by contributing towards annual mindfulness-based retreat requirements.

Mindfulness in Daily Life Online Retreat (7 Days)

This retreat is somewhat different to other online retreats you may have attended: it is intended to enable you to sustain and deepen the practice of mindfulness in the midst of your ordinary daily life, yet with the support of a practice community and retreat-style container.

It begins and ends with a day of practice from 10.00am-3.00pm UK time, on Sunday and Saturday respectively. The Monday to Friday sessions run 7.15am-8.15am UK time and 6.00pm-8.00pm UK time. This is designed to support us in beginning and ending each day with formal practice and reflection together in community, whilst leaving you free to continue with your normal work or home routine at other times.

It meets the British Association of Mindfulness-Based Approaches (BAMBA) good practice guidelines by contributing towards annual mindfulness-based retreat requirements.
