I am a registered clinical psychologist, with a PhD in Clinical Psychology, and have been practising in the field of psychotherapy for over 20 years in Hong Kong. I have also been providing clinical supervision for Clinical Psychology trainees from local universities for more than 10 years. I started mindfulness meditation and training in 2008 and am a qualified teacher for teaching MBCT, MBSR and MSC (Mindful Self-Compassion). I was awarded with the Certificate of Competence to Teach MBCT by Oxford Mindfulness Center in 2020. My passion is to engage in personal mindfulness meditation, teach mindfulness-based interventions, and integrate mindfulness and psychotherapy. Apart from teaching mindfulness courses and workshops in a variety of clinical and nonclinical settings, I also conduct professional training in mindfulness for various professionals, e.g. healthcare professionals, social workers, medical students etc. In recent years, I also completed the MBCT Supervision Workshop organised by the Hong Kong Center for Mindfulness and the Supervision Training by the Mindfulness Network (UK). I may offer mindfulness-based supervision for classes taught in Cantonese or Putonhua (Mandarin).
