I am a mindfulness teacher, trainer and supervisor and am involved in teaching and training the Mindfulness for Life curriculum for the Oxford Mindfulness Centre. I am a Chartered Occupational Health Physiotherapist by background and for many years have had a special interest in the connection between physical and mental health, and the transformative potential of mindfulness in promoting health, wellbeing and flourishing.
