On Monday we continued to share our mini-series titled ‘Meditation Myths Dispelled’ which is comprised of extracts taken from Mindfulness: A practical guide to Finding Peace in a Frantic World, written by Mark Williams and Danny Penman. The book is widely acclaimed and features a forward by Jon Kabat-Zinn. It can be purchased alongside other reliable resource materials by clicking here.

On Tuesday we took the opportunity to share the above quote from Mindfulness: Ancient Wisdom Meets Modern Psychology, written by Christina Feldman & Willem Kuyken. We will continue to signpost to more resources via our social media feeds and hope that you find these posts both insightful and useful. If there are any particular resources you would like us to share, please do comment on one of our social media channels or email the admin team.  If you are not following us and do use social media, you can follow us on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and access our audio channel on YouTube. You will also find our series of podcasts on all the major podcast hosting platforms or here.
