SHARING FROM THE OMF

With thanks to academics in the field, we are sharing research with the OMF community.  You can read more from a 2023 paper – Beneficial Effects of an Online Mindfulness-Based Intervention on Sleep Quality in Italian Poor Sleepers during the COVID-19 Pandemic: A Randomized Trial by clicking on the image below.  The research and reporting in this article are independent of the OMF.

This week’s quote comes from Sharon Salzburg, New York Times bestselling author and teacher of Buddhist meditation practices in the West.

This week’s book reading is the poem Wild Geese by Mary Oliver. Read by OMF’s Sally Bolton.

We’ve also shared some mindfulness news. Click on the image below to read the Guardian article: Mindfulness better than CBT for treating depression, study finds.
