SHARING FROM THE OMF

With thanks to academics in the field, we are sharing research with the OMF community.  You can read more from a 2023 paper – Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy v. treatment as usual in people with bipolar disorder: A multicentre, randomised controlled trial by clicking on the image below. The research and reporting in this article are independent of the OMF.

This week’s quote comes from Thích Nhất Hạnh.

This week’s book reading comes from Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy for Depression by Zindel Segal, Mark Wiliams, and John Teasdale. Read by Per Norrgren. This is a different section to last week’s reading, exploring the development of the MBCT programme.
