LEARN MINDFULNESS

TEACH MINDFULNESS

We are pleased to announce another opportunity to learn to teach the Introducing Mindfulness Curriculum. Claire Kelly and Liz Lord are running this one day training again in June 2023. For more information and to apply, please click on the image below.

RETREATS & PRACTICE DAYS

We are offering several practice days throughout April, May, June, and July. These offer an opportunity deepen your mindfulness practice in a supportive online group setting.
