SHARING FROM THE OMF

With thanks to academics in the field, we are sharing research with the OMF community.  You can read more from a 2023 paper – The Experience of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction on Menopausal Symptoms, Sleep Disturbance, and Body Image among Patients with Breast Cancer—A Qualitative Study by clicking on the image below. The research and reporting in this article are independent of the OMF.

This week’s quote comes from Pema Chödrön, Buddhist teacher, author, nun and mother.

This week’s book reading is Meditation for Fidgety Skeptics by Dan Harris. Read by OMF’s Sally Bolton.
