This week, Wednesday 03 May 2023, we have our next keynote:
“It’s natural to have preferences -whether it is preferring vanilla over chocolate, or one political party over another. When you live on auto-pilot, without awareness of how controlled you are by what you like and dislike, you can become a prisoner of your preferences. This could cause you to lose sight of where your preferences are taking you, your relationships and how your choices affect your well-being.”
Join psychotherapist, teacher and comedian Elaine Smookler in a lively discussion where we’ll explore practical antidotes to help you live the full adventure of life instead of being a prisoner of your preferences.

If you have already signed up to our daily sits, keynotes, or social evenings, there is no need to register again, we use the same zoom link for all these sessions (please do check your spam folder if you have recently registered and not received the link).
