TRAUMA-SENSITIVE MINDFULNESS

12-MONTH TEACHER TRAINING

Our 12-month teacher training pathways begin in January, May, and October each year, and offer the opportunity to train to teach a variety of MBCT curricula.

ANNUAL RESEARCH UPDATE

The intention of this workshop is to explore the latest research in the Mindfulness field. This professional development event supports teachers with communicating research evidence and the limitations of current knowledge with potential participants and other interested parties. Led by Professor Ruth Baer, Director of the Master of Studies in MBCT at Oxford University.
