We host a Social Evening on the last Friday of the month – our next Social Evening is on Friday 29th September 2023. Join us on our next Social evening with guest Susie Stead, Mindfulness teacher and writer.

DAYS OF PRACTICE

The OMF Days of Practice offer opportunities to deepen your mindfulness practice in a supportive online group setting. They also form part of what the British Association of Mindfulness-Based Approaches (BAMBA) outlines as continued professional development. We have both one-day and two-day events taking place in September.
