NEWS

We are delighted to host Mark Williams and Danny Penman as they introduce their new book – Deeper Mindfulness: The New Way to Rediscover Calm in a Chaotic World.

Mark and Danny will offer a talk for an hour to introduce their new book and programme, afterwards there will be light refreshments and both Mark and Danny will be available to sign a copy of the new book which will be provided as part of the attendance fee.

SHARING FROM THE OMF

We are offering several practice days throughout May, June, and July. These offer an opportunity deepen your mindfulness practice in a supportive online group setting.
