SHARING FROM THE OMF
With thanks to academics in the field, we are sharing research with the OMF community. You can read more from a 2023 paper – A single session of mindfulness meditation may acutely enhance cognitive performance regardless of meditation experience by clicking on the image below. The research and reporting in this article are independent of the OMF.
This week’s quote comes from Tara Brach, American psychologist, author, and proponent of Buddhist meditation.
This week’s book reading is How Emotions are Made: The Secret Life of the Brain by Lisa Feldman Barret. Read by OMF’s Per Norrgren.
