SHARING FROM THE OMF

With thanks to academics in the field, we are sharing research with the OMF community.  You can read more from a 2022 paper – The effect of brief mindfulness training on the micro-structure of human free-operant responding: Mindfulness affects stimulus-driven responding by clicking on the image below.

This week’s quote comes from Shannon Harvey. Shannon is a director, author, journalist and friend to the OMF.

This week’s book reading is another special one. A poem written by Jennifer Bloom and read by OMF community member, Adam Sonin. Jennifer is a facilitator, performer, and social innovator with over 20 years of experience creating experiences that invite participants and clients to expand their mind and heart, open to diverse perspectives, and imagine possibilities for impactful action.
