BRANCH TRAINING: MBCT TO MINDFULNESS FOR LIFE

This autumn we are offering an opportunity for MBCT teachers to train to deliver the Mindfulness for Life curriculum.

This programme assumes you are already trained to teach MBCT through a recognised, trainer-led, 1-year teacher training programme and have a regular personal mindfulness practice.

TRAIN TO INTRODUCE MINDFULNESS

If you are looking to professionally introduce mindfulness but don’t want to teach full 8-week courses, then the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation’s new ‘Train to Introduce’ programme could be just what you are looking for!
