Who am I?

I am a Mindfulness teacher with a special interest in providing mindfulness training in Higher Education, in workplace settings and to cancer patients and their families. With the OMF I am involved in teaching Frame by Frame.

My career background is in psychology, business consulting, leadership development and coaching. For three decades I was involved in supporting people and organisations in transition or crisis.  My Mindfulness based work developed in the last ten years. I am passionate about how Mindfulness can support people to make their own way in the face of life’s challenges with greater ease, resilience and compassion. My interest in MBCT Ca arose through my own cancer experience.

I hold a two year post graduate qualification in Mindfulness teaching through the Stellenbosch University Department of Family Medicine (2018).

I have maintained a meditation practice since my 20s. Having lived in both South Africa and the UK, I have been based in Oxford for the last 3 years.

What do I do?

Outside of the OMF, I offer MBCT and Finding Peace in a Frantic World programmes to young adults including university students, MBCT Ca to cancer patients and their families, and FPFW to workplace teams.
