Who am I?

I am a teacher and teacher trainer of MBSR and MBCT-L, based in Seoul, Korea. Thanks to my long-standing interest in meditation and my doctoral studies in transformative learning at Teachers College, Columbia University,  I was attracted to the MBSR/MBCT family. It was my joy and honour to work with MBI teachers worldwide and bring these evidence-based mindfulness programs into the Korean mainstream society.

What do I do?

In addition to training and supervising MBSR and MBCT-L teachers, I founded the Korea Mindbody Healing Association and the Korea Center for Mindfulness (KCFM). I serve as a Managing Director for the Global Mindfulness Collaborative (GMC). I feel incredibly fortunate to be involved in learning mindfulness from many experienced teachers and teaching others in the hope of easing individual and collective suffering.
