Who am I?

I am a clinical psychologist and a mindfulness trainer, teacher, and practitioner. I am licensed in Arizona and Hawaii, and I currently offer mindfulness courses and therapy online. Previously, I was a fellow at Harvard Medical School Department of Psychiatry, McLean Hospital, and Cambridge Health Alliance in Massachusetts. I also directed a four-year research grant focusing on the conceptualization and measurement of forgiveness and its relationship to health and well-being.

I am a trained teacher of mindfulness-based programmes including MBCT, Finding Peace in a Frantic World, Interpersonal Mindfulness Program, and MBSR. I also have completed the OMC’s Mindfulness: Teaching in the Workplace Programme, am certified to teach Stanford’s Empowered Relief course for pain, and have studied MSC, DBT, and ACT.

What do I do?

At the OMF, I teach the Research and Evaluation in MBCT workshop, and I have offered research support for the Mindfulness: Teaching in the Workplace Programme.
