Who am I?

I am a mindfulness teacher and trainer, as well as a conference interpreter working for international organizations and multinational corporations. Holding an MA in philosophy and a PhD in translation studies, I have a deep interest in the cultural history of mindfulness and its role in facilitating intercultural communication.

What do I do?

I provide MBCT-L courses and relevant practices to the general public, with a particular focus on individuals working in high-pressure environments. As a Chinese professional living and working in Europe, I draw on my own transnational experience to help people communicate and connect in the fluid, complex and often tumultuous world.
